Know Your Neighbors, Say Hello: The Power of Networking

Season is ending for those of us who live in sunny Florida all year-round. For some businesses, that means extended vacations or for people like myself, WORKING SMARTER (not harder). You never know who’s sitting next to you at a restaurant or a local hangout when you’re out with friends or family. If the situation calls for it, say “Hello” and SMILE! It’s important to socialize outside of “social” networking. YOU JUST NEVER KNOW! Your next client, next friend, or a friend of a friend may be inches from you, but you won’t know unless you start a conversation.

Networking can be done in many ways, but just getting out there and meeting people is the BEST WAY. Networking groups, social events, etc. If you cannot find something that interests you, HOST IT YOURSELF! That’s what I’ve done, here at Kevin L. Kellogg at P&M Property Services. I’ve made some really great connections and even better friends.
